Substance-Free Chapter Facilities

Competitive Rental Rates
We believe in providing a premier Brotherhood experience, but one that doesn't break the bank.  Our 12-month rental rates are competitive with similar student housing and other off-campus housing.

Rental rates, including utilities, for 2026-27 school year (starting at):
Singles:  $1,075 per month*
Doubles: $875 per month*
Triples:  $675 per month*

*-All rental rates include utilities: electricity/gas, water/sewer, high speed internet, garbage, facility supplies, etc.
